La frite du désaccord

Le mardi 18 octobre, la Wallonie, région de la Belgique ayant un poids sur la nation, a indiqué son refus du traité devant lier plus étroitement les économies de l'Europe et du Canada. Le CETA (sigle désignant ce traité) avait déjà été accepté par l'Union Européenne (UE) mais l'un de ses membres s'étant retiré, elle n'a plus pu donner son accord lors de la séance prévue le vendredi 21.

Tuesday 18th, the Wallonia, part of the Belgium with power on the country, refused the economical treaty which should link more closely the Europe and the Canada. The CETA ( name of this treaty) was already accepted by the European Union (EU) but, now that one of its members stepped out, it can't give its last word during the meeting friday 21th.
